Because they aren’t reading those Scriptures with over 2000 verses in the Bible about the poor and oppressed! Those white evangelicals have cut all those texts out and their Bible is full of holes.
Where, in the Gospels, do we find us commanded to "force others to help the poor and oppressed"? I note the many verses commanding us, as individuals, to "help the poor and oppressed". Can you quote any that support the democrat socialist programs of taking from those of means to distribute to those without?
