Check out Medicare A&B (recalling that "B" costs money) as opposed to what recipients get on Medicaid; there's no comparison; btw, I bring this up in an effort to be helpful, not in a critical manner...

I always appreciate your comments but we do have different values so we won't always agree.
I paid into Medicare but I can only receive benefits in the US. Norwaycare is good but it requires a 5.1% income tax that they call insurance. We didn't know we were supposed to pay it for ten years and suddenly, we got hit with a bill. The audit was a real pain in the backside but we were able to get all of the records they needed.
They told us we didn't have to pay taxes on social security when we arrived ten years ago but the auditors said insurance is not tax. Sound familiar?
