The cartoon certainly was not flattering.
I feel sorry for The Japanese girl who felt she had to apologise for winning the US open!!

That cartoon reflected what happened. I watched it live and it was shamefully arrogant ,
Vulgar and punishable.

True, but look at what Nick Kyrgios and John McEnroe got away with.
And I'm sure Rafael Nadal threatens umpires all the time.
