at 4 Minutes, 59 seconds, Gaetz claims he has a copy of the laptop's hard drive. 

Recap: Gaetz has the password and the data. He has the access to the data. His grand finale of his showboating is at 4 minutes, 59 seconds and he knows his time is up at 5 minutes. Just enough time to plant certain seeds to his intended audiences.
