There is something called Nordic Noir - television series set mostly in Scandinavia and available here on streaming channels - and they have become my wife's and my favorites. We just finished three seasons of KELM (Blood Pact), although I'm not sure a show produced in the Netherlands fits the Nordic Noir parameters.
