No, you do not. And you WILL not look at what Mueller has concluded. That Trump would be indicted on criminal charges, but ONLY for the fact that the current laws do not allow a sitting president to be indicted.

Thus, he could/will be prosecuted after he loses in 2020 vision, based upon evidence gathered from the criminals formerly in his employ that are already doing jail time. And the New York courts have a bunch to say as well.
