You cannot ignore him?

That is precisely what I have done with him and three others for more than a year!

It irritates to see "Msg xyz.abc ignored" but that is far better for my bile than reading any of them!

To me he is a 'non-person'!

Well, my dearest PTG, yes, I can actually put him on ignore. But I do feel a somewhat responsibility in the small power bestowed, to watch for truly egregious remarks that would be beyond mere reproach.

My failure in this little spat, was that I rose to the non-existent battle, thereby lowering myself to even acknowledge the ridiculous. I am more armored now, and will ignore the buzzing of the gnat.

McGahn already provided over 30 hours of testimony in the Mueller investigation.  It is over.  Done.

Congress think he's a valuable witness to really serious obstruction of justice.

Congress are meant to hold the President to account and have subpoenaed him.

If he thinks he can defy a subpoena and if he's allowed to get away with it then the US is heading for a very dark place.

Congress is nothing but a bunch of Deep State clowns.  He underwent over 30 hours of testimony by Mueller's team, which had the resources of the DOJ, FBI, CIA, and the entire intelligence community.  And you think these clowns in Congress will find some value in his testimony.  Ridiculous.  This is just further attempts to obfuscate what is coming down upon the real criminals that Barr is going to bring justice to.

Also, there were absolutely NO CRIMES committed.  The only "obstruction of justice" was to defend against the deep state of false accusations, infinite innuendos, and the incredible hoax perpetuated against a duly elected president.

It is over.  The results, like the election, are over.  Done.  Time to give it up and watch Barr bring justice to the real criminals.

I know what happened when the Germans lost faith in democracy.

Germany entered a very dark place.

Unfortunately Mueller is not as sure as you.

"If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so."

Not exactly "exonerated".

I am unsure, should this be posted here? Or in the Lounge with “other animals”?

I might have started a "Twitler" thread at some point.

Just decide if it's Trump being an idiot (douchebag), or Trump doing something colossally stupid (survive), or Trump in classic campaign mode (2020 yet?)
