It appears that Israel is now going to run an Electric road where the charging is done as you drive down the road from points under the road this would mean that charging points would become unnecessary

I'm sure that buying and running an electric bus system (made in Holland?) is a good idea.
But the world is well aware of your abysmal record of delivering anything technologically innovative.

Many of those inventions are duds.
There is no evidence that Israelis are doing anything unusual - other than making ridiculous claims that so often fall over.
