Sounds impressive - unfortunately, its been mostly replaced by gas. Cleaner but not a direction we ought to be heading in. (Solar and wind building up, however).

I gave up alcohol some years ago. Definitely feel better for it.
Chocolate more difficult.
Are Aussie 'chips' what we call 'crisps' in the UK? (Dry, brittle, flavoured or salted?) I have hated them for years.
Chips, on the other hand, (freshly cut potato, fried in oil) I eat regularly with fish and by themselves.

Yep, crisps.
Turns out almonds have terrible water demands, too.
I had to get a bag of chocolates in case any kids come around tonight for Halloween.
However, it's miserable weather, so I may be forced to eat all the Milky Ways.

We started with 170 pieces of candy - I ate one, husband ate 2. There are 12 pieces left. We had a very busy night, plus all of our fire alarms went off just before 11 PM, finally had to have the Fire Department out to shut them off and take them down, they just left. We didn't know how to do it. Felt really, really stupid... They told us the alarms throughout the house are hard-wired, when one dies, they all die and they were all overdue to die. God, what a noise. Head still hurts.
