try pressing ALT then L on your keyboard.  It didn't work for me but that's what Google says to do.

Looks like lawful restraint to me!

So, problem was resolved on the spot. Don't resist arrest and comply with the police when they tell you to do something, and you wont find yourself in that situation!  Suspension is an overreaction!!
