Satellites can already triangulate the exact position of micro-chipped zombies or non-PC thinkers so their money can be zeroized and they can be vaporized by lazer.  It AIN'T science-fiction.  How else could precision crop-circles be produced ?

I didn't realise it was implemented first in 1991, the Gulf War (that we insultingly call "1" when its very much "2").
