Islamic State claimed responsibility for an attack in a crowded Baghdad market on Thursday, killing at least 32 people in Iraq's first big suicide bombing for three years, authorities said, describing it as a possible sign of the reactivation of Islamic State.

Do you believe that they have been sitting quietly all this time or do you believe that like all militia they would be regrouping retraining rearming etc
There is no reason to believe it was not ISIL , they were deadly in their intent

I cant talk for ISIL i can say they are at large , well armed , well trained and under no illusions that the fight is still on , they are battle hardened , they Ready Willing and Able and perhaps they are being more selective to their claims for their own reasons
