Let Berry go to defend them , if his legal capabilities are the same as historical abilities the two will get off with  triple life sentences each man instead of a 300 years each with no chance of parole.

Berry will look good in a wig - he looks fucking stupid at the best of times

You were going to tell me whether you favoured prosecuting people who deliberately target civilians with their rockets.

An outgoing UN official calls for a new investigation into war crimes and crimes against humanity in Myanmar, while saying she is "utterly disappointed" with former human rights hero Aung San Suu Kyi.

I have to suppose that it is Israel's baleful influence that stops us acting to stop this atrocity.

We adopted the Refugee Convention in 1951 and the Protocol in 1967 - putting all the burdens on countries neighbouring the ethnic cleansing and doing nothing about the criminals carrying out the land-grabbing.

Its almost as if we sided with the Nazis kicking out the Jews!

With the investigation into alleged war crimes committed by Australian Special Forces in Afghanistan coming to an end, a judge involved warns the findings will cause "distress" for some soldiers involved.

That's an article full of weasel words and euphemisms, but manages to get across a balanced and fair summation of what's described.

The feelings of the criminals are far more important than those of the victims.
