ISIS is alive and well and will form any coalition with like minded partnerships even if it is for different reasons , ISIS have to show their followers they are not beaten (which they are not)

Maybe some glimpse of the horror we've wilfully and pointlessly visited on the brown people will be uncovered. (And we're still doing this, in Afghanistan and dozens of other countries).
But I fear its too late to stop Holocaust II as we've been visiting on them pretty near continuously.
We can't stop it for one reason - its enormously profitable.
