They wish to continue their life style but also collect their social security and Israeli health benefits + education so you cant have your cake and eat it.

Isreal doesn't have enough room for Israeli culture?

The Bedouin cannot continue their life style in Israel , if they want to take to the wild then there are tens of thousands of square miles to indulge their life style however Israel as we develop including the Negev desert this is no longer possible

I believed then and now that Israel is unique in this region , it is multi cultural , it is a democracy , freedom of speech , freedom of the press etc 

We are however MINUTE in size and to coexist with those that wish to REMAIN ISRAELIS , wish to take from the state whatever it can offer means that they have to concede elements of their life style - we have no space for the nomadic life style
