I had not thought of that. With me the reverse is true, with texting, I stopped writting letters. stopped purchasing postage stamps, and now wonder what to do with all the envelopes and stationary I have around.

OT regarding stationary. -- someone said that with computers we will stop using paper. In my life this is not the case, I use more paper - solution for me is to use up all that expensive stationary Ihave around. I did some graphics, printed it, made a photo copy and e-mailed it. Got back a rather strange response asking who is the saint with a shell in one hand and a and cuff of the other? Answer, Saint leonard patron of pilgrims and prisoners. Reason for the question was that the reverse image of the arms of my college bled through in the photo copy.

Goss, the only thing that people here really have against you, is your super long, barely legible, either rants or professorial "know-it-all" posts, with judgments and ratings attached. Some of us here are at least, if not more intelligent as you, but you continue to perceive yourself as the ONE Who Knows, as if the rest of us have no knowledge of histories and mysteries.

The US does not send carte blanche their Police to Israel for training , certain states send certain special police units for training (SWAT) for dealing in urban warfare (which we are all watching) most states do not send their special units , most states will train their most elite units )

The average US Policeman is trained in the US , I would guestimate that 95% of all the US Police elite and otherwise are US trained .

The US US also sends Special Forces to Israel for training in close quarter combat but again not all SEALS etc just certain groups so the generalization of Berry is a lie designed to capture a brief moment

The former Senate Republican leader Trent Lott and former congressman Joe Walsh, now a talk radio host, also appear in the instructional video, with Walsh explaining to viewers that Kinderguardians “introduces specially selected children, from 12 to four years old, to pistols, rifles, semi-automatics and a rudimentary knowledge of mortars. In less than a month, a first-grader can become a first grenade-er”.

Larry Pratt, the executive director emeritus of Gun Owners of America also makes an appearance in the spoof instructional video. Reading off a teleprompter, Pratt explains that there are biological reasons why kids make great shooters: “Children under five also have elevated levels of the pheromone Blink-182, produced by the part of the liver known as the Rita Ora.”

But for those with short attenion span here is a repeated answer.

Long because soundbite answers seldom contribute to the subject of a discussion as short answers usually over simplify what is more complicated and should be communicated as such. Most are merely a vote of agreement or disagreement and contribute nothing. 

When you say I am acting superior, there is a flip side because with the same data one could assume that my posts make some feel inferior, and to cope with that feeling, they get abusive and attck.

Either I know what your imaginary rest of[us] do or don´t is another issue. If you already know your crit is merely patronizing to those who perhaps don´t know. If you don´t know, what you do with the information is your choice, just as your crit abouth length, you are perfectly allowd to stop reading. If you choose to "suffer" the entire text, your suffering is its own reward for making a bad choice.

As for my "rating" assuming you are referring to the "G" macro. All I am doing is saving my time by not repeating a complaint previously made to the poster which he is choosing to ignore. There are two solutions if you find the "G" too negative to handle, either stop doing whatever I have told you I find offensive or inappropriate, or don´t post to me at all, unless you have something of substance to add.

The reason for the "G" here is because I have alrady provided this information, and you are repeating a comment while ignoring my answer. Only a spoiled child repeats his demands after he has already been told "no".
