I don't think it will happen like that because, uniquely in the US population, the blacks are disarmed.
And Americans are perfectly capable of murdering millions and then putting up a memorial to the perpetrators while totally ignoring the victims.

OMG! I watched that live! Terror in my heart as I saw that truck heading into the crowd, and had to wait, horrified, to thankfully hear that no one was killed. Adrenaline moment.
