You are right, I was wrong.  I thought it was take and not control.

My bad.

I find many of the memes you post in Diverse City toxic because they are just so full of hate.

They are sexist, racist and all other things that "trigger" us weirdos who think it's wrong to do that.

Democrats and Republicans both want control equally.

The fear lies in what people think they will do with that power.

But only you have the power to control whether you give in to that fear.

That actually was funny.  I was laughing a lot!

LOVED the last line.

These guys need some new phrases!

Yeah, sure, both political parties want the reins of government, but what you seem incapable of grasping is that while the hard Left Democrats in America want them to control every aspect of the lives of their base and we deplorables, the Stupid Party (Republicans) is nominally committed to the conservative ideals of smaller government/maximum individual freedom.

(For the record, I am a Constitutional conservative, not a Republican, although in our two party system, they represent my only viable choice even as I and others attempt to nudge them in our direction.)

We have seemingly reached an impasse - I'm a hateful sexist, racist, anti-Semite according to your recent posts, so further interaction would seem to be in vain. Being none of those things (at least by traditional definition, not the hyper P.C. version), I am choosing to remove myself from these discussions in a compassionate effort to relieve your triggered anxiety.

It's been fun, I guess. Have a great life down there, don't let the bed bugs alligators bite! Ha!

Applies to Delphi as well . . . .

Don’t give up on us. Lets continue to agree to disagree! Nobody here is angry at you! We just do not see eye to eye on most things but we have not accused you of being a deplorable. What is deplorable that this policy of smaller government has caused an enormous amount of new debt, that the lies or demagogery of your leader seem bot to confound you, and speaking of control, he wants to singlehandedly change the constitution, and that like Netanyahu wants to shoot at people if they throw stones.

So, see you later alligator!

You post offensive memes about black people.

You post offensive memes about Nazis and the Holocaust.

You post offensive memes about women and sexual assault.

Maximum individual freedom is a noble sentiment, but it must go both ways.

Your rights end where another's begin.

So yes, you have the right to refuse to bake a cake for a gay wedding.  You have the right to disagree with same sex marriage.  But you don't have the right to persecute gay people because of your beliefs.

You have the right to be horrified by abortion.  But you don't have the right to force a woman to endure pregnancy and birth if she does not want a child.

You have the right to disagree with the opinions of George Soros.  But you don't have the right to post lies and slander about his so-called actions.

I don't want you to run away.

But if that is your choice, then I respect it.

But without the conversation all we are going to get is more Antifa violence and mail bombs send to Democrats.

That helps no one.

Being an avid admirer of both Schopenhauer and Nietzsche, I consider myself a follower of the school of suspicion, but if one were to follow Freud in his purest form, the sexual foundation which preceded the 1960 dissolution of morals, might turn others to see in it the biblical sense of Sodom and Gomorrah.

we really go in revolving circles of morality, depending on the century we revisit.
