Notice the deathly hush about the motives behind the Sir Kim Darroch leak - no value in that whatsoever, most likely political spite.
Where are the journalists saying "This as not whistle-blowing and hence not journalism and needs to be condemned"?
Nowhere. Just in the last few weeks I'm coming to think that the UK is being plunged into the same dark place that it would appear the US has already entered.

If you start from the assumption that we are the terrorists, you can easily see what's happening:
the ABC journalists who two years earlier had produced stories on the activities of Australian special forces soldiers in Afghanistan between 2009 and 2013.
Can't have this terrorism exposed, now can we?
Especially not when, as in Iran and North Korea and Libya and Syria and Vietnam, the victims of our atrocities are completely innocent of the accusations we've made against them.
