State of Disaster declared in Victoria.
"From 6pm tonight, you can go shopping, one person per household and be within 5km of your home.
A daily exercise of one hour, no more than two people, mow more than 5km from your home.
The only reason to be out between 8pm and 5am on any given day is if you are at work or if you are giving care or getting care."

Melbourne placed under stage 4 lockdown, 8pm curfew, regional Victoria moved to stage 3 restrictions
As a state of disaster is declared, sweeping new restrictions will be imposed across Melbourne from tonight and regional Victoria will move to stage three restrictions from Thursday.

Australia secures deal with AstraZeneca for potential Covid-19 vaccine
Australia has secured a deal with the drugmaker AstraZeneca to supply a potential Covid-19 vaccine to its entire population free of charge, the government announced Tuesday, becoming the latest country to lock in supplies of the drug should trials succeed.
