A London police officer has been suspended after footage emerged of him kneeling on the neck of a black man during an arrest.

Looks like lawful restraint to me!

So, problem was resolved on the spot. Don't resist arrest and comply with the police when they tell you to do something, and you wont find yourself in that situation! Suspension is an overreaction!!
