6.5 Creedmoor mag issues (+BULLPUPS!)   Small Arms <20mm

The YouTube site InRange ran some tests on the Desert Tech MDR in 6.5 Creedmoor.  They had some feeding issues that seem to be related to the magazines.  At roughly the 12-minute point in the video, the author mentions contacting the rifle manufacturer for help.   According to Desert Tech, the 20-round magazines feed fine, but the 25-round mags do not, at least in 6.5 Creedmoor.  Has anyone else heard of similar issues with other 6.5 Creedmoor conversions, or is the magazine issue limited to this particular rifle?  Since there has been a lot of discussion of converting 7.62x51 weapons to 6.5 Creedmoor with a simple barrel change, I wonder if it will turn out to be a little more troublesome.

These issues are probably due to the 6.5 Creedmoor case having slightly different dimensions to the 7.62mm that the magazines are designed for.

The creedmoor has less taper in the case, a sharper shoulder - it was designed as a competition round first.

Most 20 round 7.62 mags are pretty straight, so the less tapered creedmoor still works just fine. But just like the 30round 5.56 mags, they start to curve when the round count goes up. I'm no expert but I'd wager that the lack of taper causes issues when the longer magazines curve to accommodate the more tapered case of the 7.62.
