There aren't very many T14s and they are probably more useful as a potential threat than as a better tank vs the Ukrainians.

Still, it's weird that their using  a 50yr old tank. Western tanks are known to easily outgun the T72. Rather than creating the exotic T14 they should have focussed on a cheap mass produced tank that can improve on the T72
