I wouldn't be surprised if the shenanigans with the arms depot has lead to an increase in enthusiasm for CZ support of Ukraine.

I'm waiting for someone to decide they're OK on gas and oil, and take out a couple of pipelines.

Solid combat footage, using what appears to be CZ Bren 2s w/ red dots (and of course weapon mounted flashlights ;-)

delays in weapons deliveries
I am wondering whether the West is trickling weapons inorder to draw things out and avoid a decisive victory on either side? It is beginning to look like it :(

The far more likely but less acceptable reasons is: there simply are no weapons left that could be delivered in a short amount of time. In addition quickly increasing production or starting production is not possible. The sad truth is there simply is nothing to deliver.

- Germany promised weapons that have not been delivered. Also, what about those Leo1s for instance?
- NATO has 100s of MLRS, is sending 12
- USA have way over 1000 M777, have sent 90 and now another 14.
If this is where we stop RF, we can deplete the board quite a bit and restock. Like the UK seems to be doing.

Which ones would that be?
The only systems promissed and not yet delivered are the Gepards and PzH2000. In both cases the UA crews ares still in training.
graylion said:Also, what about those Leo1s for instance?
They are still not in usable condition and would take month to refurbish. Again crew training would take weeks. The ammo supply is a problem as well.

Its more like NATO has one hundered. Do you have any idea how many of the are in working condition?
graylion said:- USA have way over 1000 M777, have sent 90 and now another 14.
I have no information about the situation in the US.
Munitions for all systems delivered are also needed. The stocks are low. Transport capability and options are limited as well.
graylion said:If this is where we stop RF,
I don't understand that.

Again: NATO for most parts IS allready depleted. Restocking IS a problem. A huge problem actually. You might have noticed the supply chain crisis. In addition most producing companies of the defense industry are fully occupied. They have been befor the war. They are now. Its not simply "poof" and new factories and workers appear.

Lots of posturing, all designed to draw the war out, No one gives a flying fuck about Ukraine like no one gave 5cents about Afghanistan ,Libya ,Syria,Iraq except when being told to care etc ,Boris Johnson literally flys in every once in a while just to keep Zelensky in line . Look at the statements Zelensky throws out every time after Boris leaves , its like Boris gave a peep talk and then Zelensky comes up with ever more unrealistic ideas while he is losing north of 2000 men daily .
Ukraine had something like 500mlrs and 1400 artillery pieces as the start of the war so how are dozen pieces here and there supposed to affect anything, and these deliveries are dosed just enough to keep the Ukrainian's hopes up. but at 500(to 50.000 rounds a day) to 50 (to 5000rounds a day) exchange rates we are seeing now. At 500KIA possibly 2000+WIA a day in an artillery war, how long are Ukrainians supposed to hope that they are not being played?
Considering all these pieces are not native to Ukrainian forces one can only imagine the attrition due to lack of parts or maintenance capacity in comparison to the gear they can repair, maintain and keep feed.
''Gen. Karpenko: You have to understand why maintenance is very important today. Most of the heavy equipment that we use is operated in such grave conditions due to heavy artillery shelling and heavy fires. The equipment doesn't stop being operational because it's used up. It stops being operational because of constant artillery shelling.
Unfortunately, we don't have an opportunity today to have foreign supplied equipment sent back to a restoration facility simply because of time constraints. That is why we are discussing spare parts here so that we can maintain and repair that equipment right in the field.
For example, the M777 artillery systems are really prone to being damaged by enemy artillery. For every battery of M777, there are six pieces. After every artillery contact, we have to take two artillery pieces and take them back to the rear to maintain them because some of the subsystems are damaged by shrapnel. This happens every day.
Equipment that has gone to the rear of the frontline is maintained solely by Ukrainian specialists that have been trained by different foreign companies for that specific purpose.''

Given that we are looking at a long, drawn out war, there is ample time for that. And Poland has signed a contract for roughly 50 Krab howitzers to be delivered this year?
