This is less significant for Ukraine, but moreso a sign that the war is boosting EU defense production. Albeit in this case a pretty small project.

90 MEUR? That's not a lot. Also interesting that this is neither Cesar nor Archer, but Suzanna2. I am sure that it is better than Cesar, but better than Archer? That'd be cool.

At this point its not about who wants what or what would be best but about who has capacity to produce and deliver quickly.
Basically they have to take what they can get.

Epic Hummer frontal assault. While the Hummer didn't fair well in IED ally in Iraq and Afghanistan, it seems to be performing much better offroading in a conventional battlefield.
Similarly, we see more 'battle buggies' being employed:

For smaller countries on a budget, the off road ability, low cost, and reduced maintainence of these various Technicals/buggies may make them worth looking into.

Latest US Aid to Ukraine. Most interesting item is the 1000x 155mm RAAM anti tank mines.

Ukraine clearly sees value in being able to channelize or disrupt Russian vehicle movements with artillery-delivered mines. They've been deploying AT2s from some version on MLRS/HIMARS for at least a few weeks now.
