Anyone who has paid any attention to the ND pipeline and the machinations behind the scenes of the Obama administrations KNOWS this:

Exactly why Buffet was so tight within the democratic party, Obama, and HRC mainly to fill more of his financial coffers when it came to the pipeline

Trump Busts Warren Buffett Monopoly. “Buffett pocketed $3 a barrel from transporting 1 million barrels of oil a day on his railroad. Obama did not care about the environment or the danger of mile-long trains carrying crude oil. Obama was TCB — taking care of Buffett.”

Up here we all knew this. Now that the pipelines are in the cost of shipping a barrel of oil to the refineries has dropped by $17. Oil activity in the Bakken has been at a low level, but now with Buffet's profit diminished, oil activity is picking up. Of course, the pipelines are not the only reason. As soon a Trump was elected the pessimism in the patch that assumed crooked Hillary would be elected turned to optimism and even before he was sworn in new plans for the patch were underway.

BTW, we mispronounce bakken. It's Norwegian, and when an 'a' is followed by two 'k's it's pronounced as a 'u', so it should be bukk, which means hill, or ground. The final 'en' means 'the', so it means 'the hill'.

I realized this when Buffet announced plans to buy that railroad right before Obama was elected. Some people cannot connect the dots of what is really happening. (Or has happened)

It seems that Soros also profited from Obama's 2012 veto to the pipeline.

Soros & Buffett to profit off Obama Keystone veto.

Now Investor’s Business Daily explains how two left-wing Billionaires, George Soros and Warren Buffet, both will profit from Obama shocking and reckless veto.

We all know that pipelines pollute, that rail is the best way to move nasty stuff.

Oh, right and when railroad oil tankers are derailed/crash/burn that doesn't affect the environment. Got it.

Actually, some of us really do know that pipelines pollute less than rail or truck. It's not just the smaller amount of crude that gets spilled (even though a pipeline break gets a whole lot more media attention so uninformed people believe they are not safe), it's also the smoke, dust and noise trucks make gathering the crude to transport it to a rail depot.
