I cannot go to sleep until I have read some part of a book.  If I don't read, I feel like something is missing.

Same here.  Every night even if it is only a few pages.

It is my nightly soporific, 30 minutes and I am out of it; unless the book or story has gotten its hooks into me and then it is an endurance run.

I think the only time I went to bed without reading was when I was really ill and out of it .....  probably couldn't have read if I wanted to  :-)

I usually manage a good hour or so of reading .. depends on how close I am to the end .... or if it really has my attention.

I seldom read except when I'm in bed.  Which tells you how much time I spend relaxing in bed.  LOL

LOL!  I read almost everywhere!  During the day I carry my kindle around with me.  I read when I cook, I read while I eat, and those days that no one is here except me .. I read all the time ..except when I'm on the computer  :-)

I wake up often at night because of the insomnia, so I keep my kindle on the nightstand.  I may read several chapters over the course of the night.

At a minimum I read for half an hour in bed before going to sleep. At most...a couple 3-4 hours. *grins*

Depending on how good the book is, I "might" read all night,  It's handy being retired ... I can always nap during the day  :-)
