Oh, I knew that . . I mean the 'cheeky' business . .
I've been wanting to post about her for a few weeks now . . OK . .
She's dark brown, with what looks like a beige 'stripe' down her back, about the size of a quarter as she sits patiently. I have a cup in the sink where I keep the water dribbling (so it doesn't freeze, which it did anyway last night - grrrrr). My big Maine Coon kitty likes to drink that fresh water from the cup. She just sits there while he drinks, but will hide if I blow gently at her. I've been wondering if she thinks she's going to capture the CAT!
OK . . her abdomen (the lower part of her) is about twice as long as the front part and shaped like an olive pit. That's where the beige 'stripe' is. the front part is just all dark brown, I think. When she does decide to hide, she is VERY fast. I have something sitting on the front edge of the very small 'drainboard' and I'm guessing the 'nest' is under that. I have been careful not to disturb things too much, although I did have to dial back the (quite dense) webbing when it got onto the water faucet. Needless to say, I do not use that sink for washing or much of anything except dribbling the water for the cat.
I will try to take her picture . .
