Now you're talkin', Howard.

A screenplay is what you need to concentrate on. Forget the legal/schmegal bullshit.

Maybe you and Arnie will come to a compromise eventually. Things have a way of working themselves out. It's only fricken money.

You're both way too intelligent to air your dirty laundry in public as you have done. Wake up guys. The whole world is reading, or will read, your posts sooner or later.

I don't know Arnie and I hardly know you, Howard. But, I do know that you are one helluva guy. Your perserverance is obviously relentless.
I am overwhelmed by all that you've accomplished and foresee great things ahead. I make these comments as an outside mediator/admirer.
Take what I say with a grain of salt if you want. But, as a New Yorker, I've come to understand a lot of things more clearly since 9-11.

Stay as positive and creative as you've always been before.

Roll 'em.

Listen Mr. Demille I need some more film for that last shot....the camera jammed.  Could you get those 10,000 extras made up again after lunch?

Can you imagine being in Hollywood where its done.....and all I've seen is 1 video of my 5 hours of 7242  16mm colour Kodak EKT which is an embarrassment since my elements were peddled and pirated by a defunct British producer who walked with the money and bouced checks to everyone he left behind.  All I want is the return of my stolen elements so I can move on with my OWN project as I always have done and make a little more history, especially with 40 artist's audio performances never released before.  Sundazed CBS is willing to begin the process and I think they are the BEST for this kind of work which will only be licensed for Vinyl and then CD after the mixed masters are perfect for audiophile listening.  Beyond that Multi Media projects would be entertained including Feature Film, TV, Books, Boxed Sets, DVD and several ancillary projects as NEW screenplays and Genre never before thought of here.

Yeah H that's the deal . . . perfect 'anti hero' hero for the new times. The word has been beaten to death and now rises again with some grace, like the 'Rookie' who plays two seasons and goes home to his friends and family. The deed done, the bridges crossed and a return to reality. After all, it takes a lot of petroleum products and a lot of dead peasants to make all these 'hits' happen, no?

The Hero Phoenix rises and while in the ascendancy stalls.  all wonder why.  wherefore and how? While the meter keeps running on expensive time.  Who know's how it will finish and at what affordable cost to make it all worth while.

When I try to think of how many helpers it took to lauch many talents to the heights and the forefront of their generation, the memory fades and defies description.  If only I had filmed and recorded more in my time.  I keep saying to myself "you had opportunities" what I have left is all there is so do the best possible for its survival.

Trouble In Mind When Im Blue..............

Get some of these yesterdays blues today if you've a mind ta listen.  Even to a full Horn section midst a string section behind reeds and vocals.

Some of the material on my audiotapes is so unusual in that it is at performance level LIVE in a great studio like room underground Bleecker Street "The Cafe' au Go Go"noted for is acoustics and sophisticated sound and light systems (controlled by many artists and engineers over the years) as part of their performance artistry.  Al Kooper was especially adept lighting man and knew how to excite an audience with light and sound from BLUES PROJECT OR BLOOD SWEAT & TEARS.  when I think of the parade of the greatest of the great artists who played The Cafe'au Go Go I have to wonder if there would ever be another chance like in the 60's Village, though I must say Great Music is springing up all over and more and more is being heard.

I'm so glad Celine Dion's album is #1 because Sheppard has piece of one song of 16 so if does 10-30 million album, singles, Dvd's CD's Vid, appearances (600 shows at Caesars Palace in a 4000 seater over 3 years.
