Probably an albino. 

BTW, I read that albino (not caucasian) people are discriminated against, and reacted to with superstition, in parts of Africa.

Thankfully the moose was in Canada.  ;) 

I'm guessing that only one moose parent has to be white to pass on the trait? Maybe the other parent has to be a carrier of the gene, though. It seems that it would be quite rare, at any rate.
