I've posted here once or twice before on here, usually get pretty good responses.
I have been having an issue gaining access to my opm electronic files and I was just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences. I've been attempting to get login access for the past week and change, but I'm told my email isn't on the account. I've called, emailed, called HR (they don't even answer anymore at this point), showed up in person to the admin offices (had no idea how to resolve it) and the most I have gotten is a ticket #. I'm wondering how long this process could take, cause its already becoming pretty frustrating considering this is something that should have been taken care from day one on the job.
