"We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them. " Albert Einstein, the great philosopher
But, then again, don't you have to acknowledge that a problem exists... and what that problem is? And why can't smart people figure this out?
Of course, there's the obstacle that the people who have the intellect to fix the problem aren't the ones who own the problem... and continue to be part of the problem. This is why so many folks are reluctant to get involved enough to become part of the solution.
reluctant to get involved enough to become part of the solution. >>>>
This may sound like a harsh indictment of well-intended individuals, but it's a reality that hits home personally. I've reached that point many times... and can get caught up in the talk, talk, talk... and not the fix, fix, fix end of the parallax... after being rebuffed, ignored or just glad handed by the owners.

H-M-M-M. Looks like we have a disconnect... here, there and everywhere... in America. The Baby Boomers don't want to pass the torch, much less get into the paving business. It's one thing to never give into old age, but it's another to not taking responsibility for being part of the problems that have caused our sad state of affairs. Do we really want folks who are part of these problems to be in charge of the solutions?
