Absolutely!  A good trainer can make any dog look good... temporarily.

Until they get into homes. The more I read, the less I ever want to do rescue again.

They caused it. Those are consequences for years of bad decisions.

It is only getting worse.  Shelters are out of control, refusing to give out information such as breed or bite histories.  Do gooders are trying to get laws passed to prevent the sell of purebreds in pet shops while requiring pet shops to pimp shelter dogs with unknown histories.

Pet store rescue groups aren’t affiliated with the stores, they just give them space.  The stores can always say no.
