Well you are terrible if you work. What are you thinking to have a job and dogs? When I worked it was usually from home, and my dogs got used to being ignored when I was busy. They got enough time when I wasn’t.

I have to partially agree with that. People today are slaves to their jobs ever since they broke the unions but that's a different topic. Anyhow, if such people didn't own dogs, who would be left to have them? Two people putting in long hours struggle to raise their own children. It's a small wonder that dogs should be impacted by it too. The solution, IMO, doesn't lie in not owning dogs but in a return to a more authentic lifestyle. Technology isn't all that it is cracked up to be.
