Really?? Pulling a gun on someone over a package of mints? EVEN IF HE'D STOLEN THEM, WHICH HE HADN'T, this officer needs to be fired. Damn cop didn't even ask the clerk if there was a problem until after he'd pulled a gun on the customer, and accused him of being a thief.
More than fired, this cop needs to be charged (and convicted) of felony menacing, and throw in "under color of authority" if such a thing is possible.
The ONLY time a gun should be drawn is when lives are in imminent danger.
