I got Tacitus for that one, bm is loaded for BEL.  I know your info is more current than mine, but Game Winner is one of the higher stamina numbers (can't remember the exact name of the fig) I have seen and By My Standards one of the lower ones.  Although I do not really pay that stat much attention.  I still figure it out.  BMS has some of the better pace figs from Bris, but not on my list, not really big on the pedigree by looks of it (not numbers)

That's because high stamina horses usually are not fast enough to win the KY Derby, the ones with some speed do, which can be seen in his brilliant and intermediate numbers.  Especially if the track is muddy.  For the derby you have to have both speed as well as some stamina. The stamina guys rarely win the derby actually, but horses under 2.00 often run 2nd, and/or do well in the Belmont Stakes.

Yes, it seems those sorts eventually go on to win other big classic distance races
For the derby when somebody tells me a "horse can run all day" I understand that, but you have to be able to get there in time.
Why I really like the Belmont Stakes and BCC the best, the derby is not only chaos race but also kinda speedy most of the time.

Derby tends to be a stampede into the first turn.Horse and rider need some luck
