I wonder if jockeys in the Kentucky Derby have had a tacit agreement that the race is pretty much the outcome is final. Put the whistles away with 20 field, add mud, large crowd noise.. Yada ~yada.

Also wonder if they were unhappy with the jockey claiming foul. In the big race.

The winner of the Derby after the DQ was allowed, place first from second finish, was Country House and ridden by Prat. Prat did not call The objection. Prat and Country ran outside of the incident and showed up 2nd.

The colt that was interfered with whose jockey claimed foul on DQed winner Maximum Security and  Luis Saez .....are War of Will and Tyler Gaffllione.  WOW and Tyler...They won the Preakness.

The Preakness winner finished 8th in the Derby.

Multiple Colts in the Kentucky Derby were impeded.

There were two objections filed in the derby:

1.Flavian Prat on Country house objected to Maximum Security for interference

2.Jon Court on Long Range Toddy objected to Maximum Security for interference.

The objection by Prat was disallowed, but the objection by Court was upheld.

No objection was lodged by Gaffalione

Gerh you are absolutely correct. !! Just must be smoking my cigars too much over this spoiled Derby.

Usually I can remember off the top of my head how many hot dogs were sold by grand stand, club house, infield and heliport. With or without mustard, relish.

After reading the chart, the claims of objection I now have to go back, now realizing which objection was reasoned by the stewards as foul. And the other disallowed.

Holy Moly you made my day.  I got a gut feeling that now with the official look sees in record (what transpired) I'm likely to change my mind.

I did think the colt Max having never been crowded or compression might experience traffic situations.

Thank you for summarizing this properly and officially.   I think knowing what actually transpired in terms of the objections is important.

That is why Max was placed behind toddy and not behind Country house

i thought i was ok at first to hang on to my 2 tri's.

if Max was placed behind Country House i still would of had my Tris.

They place the horse that made the foul behind the horse they fouled.

Toddy wasn't ITM. That really hurt.
