Thanks for the info. I have Bris PP's I don't see that 107 !
Are you reading a speed number that compares multiple numbers comparisons?
5/13/21
Bris pp's. Upper right where it states wins on Fst (107) 1-0-0-0 $15000.
Nothing about AW track runs.
5/13/21
That's there projected best breeding speed number on a fast track , and its misleading showing 1 race 1-0-0-0
The Speed number for that one race would be to the right of that $15,000 money won for all of the fast races (1 0nly)
its not a North American Race, they don't cover that track
look down at the next horse Unbridled's Honor his fast track projection the same (107) his record 3-1-0-0 speed number to the right 85, best...
below that line is the projected (off) track best number (107) actual 2-0-1-0 92 best off track .
Go over and down to his past performance.. his last race was his 92 off track number the Lexington at Keeneland 2nd place finish.
his best Fast Track effort was 2 races back Tampa bay 4th place 85 number. I hope that isn't confusing..

Those aren’t all-weather tracks in the sense that they’re synthetic surfaces; they’re just dirt. They just call all non-turf races that. If you click on the dates of his races it shows the conditions and you can see his have all been on dirt. Compare it to say Rombauer—the one at Golden Gate (the El Camino Real) says it was on all weather, Tapeta.

I think those figures are based on pedigree? Not sure how they calculate them—whether it’s just sire and dam/bms or if it involves more?
5/14/21
Everybody and their brother use to look for Halo in a pedigree for a off track. lot of water came down the Mississippi since then.

No, not confusing at all. That clarifies that part of the pp's for me. I can usually read the Bris form, must of misunderstood that. The DRF pp's....forget it, not good at that one!
Thanks Slew.

Yes Japan runs on dirt. That is one of the reasons why many think one of those will eventually win one of our big races.

I find them to be somewhat off. Rombauer for instance. A stamina horse. They have his AWDs very low
