Only Big Brown, Justify, and Curlin entered Ky Derby off only 3 races and they had speed figures in the 100s.
Kingsbarns and Mage trying to do this. Of course the kind of speed that the other 3 above had would probably not be necessary in this year's rendition. Kingsbarns has very good final Q numbers though.
Something I was curious about looking thru my old notes......how the synth at TP compares to the former synth at KEEN where Bluegrass used to be run on AW. Dullahan ran 3rd in the Derby and his last Q on synth there at KEEN was 23.60. Nobody close to that this year.

I don't know how to compare those 2 AW tracks , Tex knows

I finally watched this skipping through. I agree with Adolphson. Bombs away - Continuar across the board. 50/25/25 WPS. That's my hundred. Done.
Overall, a pretty good vid for those who want some info on the Japanese attempting to pull off a minor miracle and win an American Classic. The Derby, no less, way outside their comfort zone. We will see how they have adapted this year.
For me, it's the only part of the race that is interesting as I am cynical and jaded about the US Sport.

I got some tidbits I didn't know, The bad part of the track for 13/16 , for shippers that don't know
for example and a few others for training styles are helpful.
A miracle indeed .

This was great, thanks for sharing.....I really liked the panel, they were all better than the actual podcast host!

Anybody like Major Dudes work today, Maybe TAP is going to run the Turfer in the Derby to pickup
a piece.

typical Pletcher work put the speed on the outside and one that needs more foundation
outside just for time, Do it the other way the inexperance speed on the inside, He must be
afraid Kingsbarns will run off being inside and Major Dude catching him.
Remember the Year he did that with Uncle Mo Outside and Stay Thirsty inside
and Thristy melted, Major Dude didn't melt, Did he even reach out his stride like
Kingsbarns did trying to catchup to him, I think he will be dual entered and if Tap likes his PP
he will keep him in.
