Hee we go again.  Judge in Texas rules that HISA is constitutional.  Good news.

NHBPA boss, Hamelback vows to continue to fight all the way "to the Supreme Court"  This fellow ought to be ashamed of himself for his bald-faced obstructionism, especially in light of how well things are going with the status quo [insert sarcasm emoji] but I do not believe he is capable of shame.

Good words from Gagliano.  He's been on the right side of horse safety and welfare for a long time.

The obstructionists fear progress.  They are entrenched in racing's drug culture which is why they are furiously filing lawsuits to delay the May 22 opening date for the new uniform medication regulations.

This is needed to reinvigorate the sport.  Uniformity, Transparency, Efficiency.

What a hypocrite.  Hamelback claims pointing fingers will not help the sport yet he's been pointing fingers for two years at the FTC and HISA.  What a disengenuous ass.

Anyway, let's see what happens.  I will not be surprised if there is another delay in rolling out the very necesssary uniform medication regulations.  On the other hand, I hope May 22 brings the US sport one step closer to higher standards.

I do not.  But I do know a dumbass when I see one.  LOL.  Looks a lot like Hamelback.  Speaking of fingers.  The middle one comes to mind in regard to him.  Not to be rude or anything.
