For the Fountain of Youth win, I am tossing the 10, 9, 8, 6 and 2 for the win. I picked Rocket Can to win the Holy Bull but feel like switching off him for this race.
That leaves me with General Jim, Shadow Dragon, Forte, Mage or Il Miracolo for the win. I will work on deciding among those.
Keeping in mind that almost every year, there's an 18-1 to 94-1 something horse in either the trifecta or superfecta. Makes this a good superfecta race to wager.
Already had tornado warnings yesterday (take cover! kind) and tonight is supposed to be worse, so trying to get a few things done early.

Pretty sure General Jim might scratch. apparently he's had a slight setback (whatever that means?) so even if he runs I"m not using him.
So I"m back to Shadow Dragon, Forte, Mage or Il Miracolo for the win. I will work on deciding among those.

I'm with you on Shadow Dragon!
Mage is an interesting prospect....wondering if this is too much, too fast?

Using Forte, Mage, Rocket Can and Cyclone Mischief in my super/box. Forte should take this. Originally on the fence on Mage but when he got the 7 hole, changed my mind on using him. Cyclone has a win, otb, win, oth run line....he should run well on saturday.

Guess I was right about that.

Thinking that the FOY is the 2nd best betting race of the preps today, after the Gotham.....
Separating from you, Winter, a bit, as I want to include Rocket Can as one of the win candidates, along with #3 Shadow Dragon, #4 Forte, and #6 Blazing Sevens.
Underneath I only want to use #7 Mage, as I am very confused about this one. Posting a published work of 2f the day before a race is odd. I don't have complete faith in Delgado for the Derby trial, and I'm just not sure about throwing a talented colt into a two turn stakes race after a maiden win debut at the end of January.....While still being aware of him doing just that (almost, as he had more of a foundation) some years ago with Bodexpress and hitting the FL Derby at 71-1 as a maiden in 2nd place....but bombing in the Derby and Preakness.
And more recently with O Captain at even greater odds, again, hitting the board, but not much after. SO, Mage figures underneath, to me, but he has shown more promise than Delgado's previous colts. A true conundrum.
