I have no idea, Maybe he does think there is a World beater in there or it was

he didn't want to run against 10, 12, 14  entrys or a bad post with more than 8.

they thru in a few firsters that won 12/31/22 in the future pool and left out

Post Time 3-3-0-0 with a Stks.  Win, Only thing I can think of is he isn't nominated

He is high on my list.

Morethanreadyeddie is back working for Pletcher, as is Don Corleone for Callaghan, and Gilcrease for Stall. I hope at least one can get on the Derby trail. MTR has some expensive fillies making their debut this week. Maybe one can make the Oaks. Ready She Is(225k yearling}, Party Time{300k yearling}, and Not Now{350k RNA} all debut Sunday; the first two at Gulfstream, and the latter at SA.

I suggest Checking Their works if you are serious about Betting this race with all of the Time Off, 112,83, 56 etc
#2 Dennington  Might be the most fit, 6 races a mile or longer and 2 Off Track races: sys, Mud

Well Balanced Group a couple well bred haven't stretched out, 1,4,5 and 2 aw could be the most forward types
#7 might be the Elite closer in this race.  I'm leaning to #4 Confidence Game at this point ,and I have not checked
the Works yet and that could change.

He will enter him in the Lasix race and next will enter  in a non Lasix points race.

He and Pletcher pattern last year, Check to see the Jump on Speed numbers

in his Lasix race today, and his next non L race will be better numbers like
Cyberknife last Year, whos pattern was to jump to another L race after his Non L race

and back to a non L race. Is he Masking something in the L races, I don't know.

Look up Cyberknifes Lasix and Non Lasix record last year.

Cox has Instant Coffee in this race, who might be his best non Lasix runner.

Just as I suspected Cox scratched Tapits Conquest from the Lecomte non Lasix

race, to race here with Lasix, lets see if his speed number jumps here.

Sets up to race a non Lasix points race later with better foundation , Besides

Cox has Lasix free Instant Coffee his best Non Lasix Horse in the Lecomte,

See if Instant coffee is entered in a Lasix race sometime before the derby.

for message 1511 the Lecomte Stakes

#5 Tapits Conquest and #6 Itzos are scratched, leaves 6 entrys in another points race.

there goes the odds for a decent bet.

I thought the Value would be #4 Confidence Game 7-1 odds or better

and won't get that now.

Excellent point, hadn't thought about the L vs. non-L needs for the horse at this point in training....I'll be watching closely too.

In another race, a 6f mdn race #7, Walsh has the only non-L running, Golden Nugget.....puts Saez on, expensive well-bred, must want to see what he has, I'll put a few $ on him and also watch closely. I really like Walsh.

I'm watching the tote on two first-timers too, the #2 and the #3, the latter a Quality Road colt under Asmussen's care with faster-than-normal works for that barn.  Could be ready to fire at first asking
