Another element to consider, thanks for posting this.....the jocks had already handicapped who they would be following, and who they will avoid.  They'll avoid Jace who will likely be backing up, possibly Reincarnate too.  I have no doubt Prat was going to be trailing Irad.....now, I'm guessing he'll be looking for Tapit Trice, though Saez may be following HIM actually.  I'm thinking of a faster pace with Irad on Cyclone, and the way Saez is riding, he may have enough horse to find position on the outside down the backstretch, and circle the field to score.
