I am Co-Host The Light Within and I am archiving post the Kitchen folder. I need to know if there is a way to archive more post at a time. I am doing it one at at time and it is very tedious and time consuming.
Thanks for you help.
In a forum set to Classic, only the Host has a Manage Discussions at the bottom of the left frame which allows moving a large number of messages, Assistants do not see that link.
Also note that if you are moving a number of discussions, it's best to start with the oldest first, else you may create a time hole prventing you from reaching the older messages.
Thanks for your help Gunter. Greatly prevaricate it.
Recently ran into that time hole you bring up . . . a work around was to post a new message in the folder - then all the unreachable threads were back in play . . . and went to the oldest first, as you indicate . . .
