Do you mean your regular email is not the one associated with facebook? 

We can change your email address and password at this end but you will not be able to change the one we assign.

Since it's a fairly new account,  the simplest and cleanest move would be to open a new account, not using a social login.

PM me with the address you want if you want to stick with facebook login.

I do not want to stick with facebook, I don't want to go there anymore, My current email doesn't get any notification from my forum at all...  like this message here did not appear in my email which I usually use on facebook.

The system shows mail to your yahoo address is bouncing, being rejected, possibly treated as spam. Some other members have experienced similar in the past.

Since you don't want to use Facebook anymore you may want to consider opening a new account with another address, Gmail seems to work best.

Here at work, someone told me to click on 'update' from preference... please mail me now again to see if it works ...

If you do open a new account we can switch the forum to your new name.
