I believe all they are interested in is the name on the card, the card number and the expiration date... its really interesting how the slightest letter or number out of place messes up the whole thing... its best to check and double check... and when your card expires and they send you a new one, it has a new expiration date and sometimes a new card number...
FWIW

nine I changed all that and seems like I'm still having issues ive used this card since 2003 when I joineddelphi so I'm baffled

If you got a new card, maybe because your last one expired, you have to enter the information as if its a new card... try that... every number, letter, space, everything has to be perfect... you know how banks are with our money... haha... they don't want to let go of it !
Keep trying... don't give up... its a simple problem that you are probably looking right at but don't see it...

The card number you enter should not contain the spaces you see on the card.

We get no feedback when a charge fails. That is a private matter between you and your credit card company or bank. Only they can tell you why. All we can do is point out some reasons why they might fail.
Do your street address number and 5-digit zip code records for your card here agree with your bank's or credit card company's records? A difference can cause a charge to be rejected. This does not apply to all cards, but for those who use it, it has to agree.
Does your card support on-line purchases? It is rare, but some do not.
Has your card been activated? A brand new card may require activation before it can be used.

yes to all like I said in an earlier post ive been to the bank to confirm and they have no reason why Delphi cant accept this card they have since 2003
