Delphi is not rejecting the card. We are sending it forward to charge, and the bank is rejecting it.

Dontchaknow that banks will never admit to being wrong... they've always got to blame it on someone else... hahaha

I hope that you've finally got it working again...

We've done all we can to support you. We are forwarding the credit card information you posted, and it is not going through and being accepted by your bank. We cannot negotiate with your bank for you. We don''t know why it is not being accepted, and we have no way to find out. I wish I could do more, but the problem is ultimately yours to solve. We cannot see any of the personal information you post - your credit card number, expiration date, name on the card, street address or zip code - so we cannot review them. We rely on you to make sure those are all accurate and agree with your bank's records.

You could try signing up again as if it was a new card and enter all the information I listed again. Don't copy and paste, because that can sometimes enter invisible characters that we cannot see, but computers can. Please realize that if the bank knows you as William Jones (a made-up name) and you enter Will Jones, they will not match. Realize that  "One Main Street" will not match "1 Main Street".

You mentioned that your bank saw a difference in the address information when you spoke to them, and you said you corrected it. Did the correction go through, either at Delphi or at the bank to make sure they agreed?
