Viewing as Classic? http://forums.delphiforums.com/apartmentpets/messages/?msg=956.1 It's fine in Zeta.

I don;t know - it is weird. I don't use Chrome much and have not added anything to it. Mind you I tested this last week and saw the viglink in Classic with Firefox, IE and Edge as well.

bugmagnet was signed into Chrome and was set to view forums as Classic so I came in here and clicked the link you posted - took me to the viglink page

I get so many problems from links that I have taken to copying/pasting them in some forums.
