Hi, it's Marissa again. I know this room doesn't have any control over the bots, but doe ANYONE have any suggestions on how to get hold of those guys? I've left many many messages via email, through profiles, through the email link on their page, every way I can think of. I get zero responses. I don't understand why.

Thanks for any help you can give...

I understand. But maybe if someone selling something to Delphi room owners is failing to fulfill their obligations, that room should be closed, so that more people aren't defrauded. I've waited long enough without a response, and I've run out of patience. My bot payment is due in late October, and I don't even have the ability to cancel the automatic renewal.

Honestly I have not talked with Will in a year or more but I do know he had health issues and a serious commitment not only to his business but to his clients and the TC community in general.

His account (WILL) was logged into recently but he never visited his forum and that concerns me.

We can cancel any payment you make to Delphi for the bot's IRC access. We have no access to anything you pay to Botcity. 

If you want to cancel your bot's IRC renewal, just let us know the name of the bot, and we'll take care of it.

At this point, we have no idea why Will isn't responding, It's possible he can't at the moment. Will has given a lot of years of service to Talk City and Delphi and the bot owners. I would hope that we can all give him the benefit of the doubt until we have a better idea of what has happened.

I agree, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for a while, but I'm nonetheless frustrated by the situation. The room bot does add a lot, otherwise I wouldn't have paid for it. I don't know if he has an assistant who can address issues in his absence, but that's a suggestion for the future. Also, I was wondering if anyone knows if there are there other vendors who provide bots that work in Delphi?

I agree that we don't know, and I didn't mean to imply that any action be taken immediately.  I have no reason to doubt his integrity. However, at some point, whether or not there is any *fault* involved, people want to know what's going on, either from Delphi (and the responses indicate that you've tried to help) or perhaps from someone who knows him.  If he ran this by himself, and no one knows how to contact him, then perhaps there's little that can be done.  We all hope he is OK.
