You should have full controls in writers by now. I see Chat and all Reports, what are you missing? 

Transferred morelinks as well. Since these forums have have no current activity we can transfer without asking membership.

I don't have chat on Writers, nor do I have full control over the drop down menus and such for forum customization.

Try clearing browser history and cookies if you still don't see all premium options in the morning.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I still can't change the "Related Forums" dropdown menu. I select submit, but nothing changes.

Just list the webtag, not the full address. Does that solve the problem?
